Welcome to Sculptures ART.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms.
Arabic is the official governing language of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, translation error, or conflict between the Arabic version and any translated version, the Arabic version shall prevail and be considered the legally binding version.
1. Orders & Manufacturing
- All Sculptures ART products are made-to-order and are not available for immediate delivery.
- Manufacturing begins only after the order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.
- Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.
- After the initial 24-hour period, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as it is manufactured specifically for the customer.
2. Production & Delivery Time
- The total production, shipping, and delivery period ranges from 25 to 45 days.
- This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on production schedules, logistics, customs clearance, or shipping circumstances.
- By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this production and delivery timeframe.
3. Product Images, Colors & Dimensions
- All product images represent the actual product.
- Colors match the displayed images with approximately 99% accuracy. Minor differences may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography conditions.
- Product dimensions are as listed on each product page.
- Since every product is handcrafted, slight variations in finish, texture, weight, or handmade detailing may occur and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
4. Materials
All Sculptures ART products are manufactured using:
- Premium reinforced fiberglass.
- Internal steel reinforcement for enhanced strength and stability.
- Professional high-quality finishing.
- UV-resistant protective coating.
5. Intended Use
All products are decorative pieces only.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, they are not designed for climbing, heavy loading, frequent movement, or intensive daily functional use.
6. Outdoor Use
Our products are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.
They are designed to withstand:
- UV sunlight
- Rain
- Humidity
- Dust
- Heat
- Normal outdoor weather conditions
when used appropriately.
7. Warranty
The warranty covers:
- Safe delivery of the product free from defects or shipping damage.
- Color stability under normal environmental exposure.
The warranty does not cover:
- Breakage caused by misuse.
- Scratches.
- Impact damage.
- Damage after customer handling.
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning products or chemicals.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
8. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
Any visible:
- Damage
- Breakage
- Manufacturing defect
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the product and its packaging.
After 24 hours, the shipment will be deemed accepted in perfect condition.
9. Shipping Damage
If the product arrives damaged during shipping and the damage is reported within 24 hours with sufficient evidence, Sculptures ART will replace the product with a new one at no additional cost.
10. Returns & Refunds
As every product is custom-made:
- Returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges are not accepted.
- Refunds are not available once production has started.
The only exception is replacement due to verified shipping damage covered under our warranty.
11. Pricing
All published prices include:
- VAT
- Shipping fees
- Customs duties
- Import charges
- Any applicable delivery costs
Customers will not be charged additional fees beyond those shown during checkout.
12. Product Dimensions
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Product dimensions.
- Available installation space.
- Access through doors, elevators, staircases, and entry points.
Sculptures ART is not responsible if the product cannot be moved into the customer’s property due to insufficient access or space.
